This takes about 5 minutes. Answer honestly — there are no trick questions. All fields are required unless marked optional.

Section A — Experience & judgment

1. Which AI image tools have you personally used? Midjourney DALL·E Stable Diffusion Gemini / Imagen Canva AI None of these

2. You're generating product images and the brand logo keeps coming out slightly warped. Best move? Ship it — most people won't notice Fix it — crop past the flaw, or cleanly retouch the logo if you have the skill — and note what you fixed in your production log Fix it quietly and don't mention it — no one needs to know Stop all work until someone tells you what to do

3. It's 4 hours into your shift, you're deep in a batch and nothing is blocked. Your manager hasn't messaged you. What have you sent them by now? Nothing — no news is good news My start-of-day plan and a mid-shift progress note I message only when finished I wait to be asked

4. A generated image looks great except the model has six fingers on one hand, partially out of frame. You can crop the hand out entirely and the composition still works. What do you do? Reject it — AI flaws are never acceptable Crop it and ship — if the flaw is gone, it's gone Ship it uncropped Ask the manager about every such image

5. This is a full-time role, 40 hrs/week, and requires 4 hours of overlap with US Mountain Time mornings. Can you commit to that? Yes No
